All of our products are made with natural ingredients and without the use of preservatives. We make all of our tea cakes daily, in small batches so we can maintain our quality control.
Due to the perishability of our items, we ONLY ship on Monday-Thursdays. All of our cakes were developed to age well and do not require any frosting, that means that they actually get better and better each day! They each serve up to 20 people and may be frozen for up to 3 months without any change in flavor or texture. We guarantee your satisfaction, and know that our products will exceed your expectations.
During the summer months, it may be required to ship our cakes with ice packs, but that does not affect the taste or quality of the product.
