| Caterina Borg | For the past 16 years, Caterina Borg has honed her skills in the food service industry. As a pastry chef, she worked and studied with some of the world’s premier pastry chefs, including Roland Mesnier who recently retired from the White House; legendary sugar masters, Ewald and Susan Notter; Nicholas Lodge and the late Dominique Leborgne. In 1992, she was chosen as one of the top pastry artists in the USA, and was sent to New York to present her work with other renowned cake artists such as Cile Bellefleur-Burbridge, Ron Ben-Israel, Margaret Braun, Cheryl Kleinman and Colette Peters. She also won Baltimore’s Best in 1991 with her now infamous chocolate cake, which is one of her most sought after products. She has taught as an Adjunct Professor in the Hotel Restaurant Management program at a local community college and completed her MBA studies in 2004 at Loyola's Sellinger Business School.

Our CEO was invited to attend a private luncheon at the Governor’s Mansion for business leaders of Anne Arundel County. The event was hosted by Governor Ehrlich, his wife, First Lady Kendal Ehrlich and County Executive Janet Owens.
